Norway:	Winter tires are required between Nov, 1st and Apr, 30st, this is also valid for foreign cars. Winter tires must have at least 3 mm profile. Expect checks to happen at border stations and in ports.
	Snow chains are recommended during the winter, they are partially mandatory, expecially in case of motorcades through the Fjell.
